VTM’s 2022 Wrapped

For the first time in more than 20 years, our production, sales, and service headquarters in Aurora, Illinois moved to a new location in 2022! Although we did not go far, our new space created a fresh environment for the team. The new office also gives VTM the most flexibility to accommodate our hybrid team and continue on our growth trajectory.

In addition to our Chicago-area office, VTM also maintains a global footprint with resources in Asia, and a sales and administration office in the San Francisco Bay Area.

VTM welcomed several new team members in a variety of roles to our global team in 2022! From our audit to engineering teams, each brought specific expertise and experience, and started making their mark right away. We appreciated how quickly new team members got up to speed and improved our ability to deliver on our promises to clients. Thank you to everyone who joined us in 2022 and we look forward to seeing your careers grow with us!

The Transware platform was officially released in Q4 and it has been making a big difference for our clients and their carriers since its launch. Transware’s initial success is marked by more than half of our clients and their carriers voluntarily adopting the platform shortly after its release. Our clients and their carriers are loving the unparalleled access to analytics, processing visibility, rating, and exception workflow tools powered by Transware.

We believe that it is not enough to just focus on our own growth and success. That is why our team chose to partner with the Aurora Food Pantry to do our part in delivering on that mission.

Throughout the last several years, we have made significant investments in reporting and analytics platforms that empower our clients to explore their data and find meaningful insights. We recognize that our role has evolved into more than just finding savings for our clients. Now, we are a single source of truth for their data and have the platform they come to for answers and solutions. In 2023, we are continuing this investment and will continue creating analytics solutions that become part of our clients’ control centers and daily routines.

With the growth VTM is experiencing, continued investments in our processes, resources, and technical infrastructure are necessary in 2023 and beyond. Achieving scale and lasting success in this industry requires more than just getting new clients. These investments ensure we have the right resources in place to handle and respond to requests through any channel, and guarantees our platform is reliable and always ready to get to work for you.

Heading into 2023, the VTM brand has already experienced a lot of updates! You may have already noticed branded emails coming from our team, or this new website and these posts, but we are also growing our presence on LinkedIn. In 2023, we will continue these initiatives and will also going be bringing our messages and solutions to the market through a few other channels too.
